1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
150g snow peas, trimmed
1 bunch radishes, trimmed, quartered
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
Place asparagus, snow peas and radishes in a steamer over a large saucepan of simmering water. Cook, covered, for 3 minutes or until tender.
Place soy and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Stir to combine. Transfer vegetables to a bowl. Drizzle over soy mixture. Toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
